Three Target Coupons in the Weekly Ad

The Target ad included in yesterday's 4/13 Sunday paper has some great coupons to use at Publix if Target is a listed competitor.  As always, ask customer service if they are accepting a particular coupon if there is any doubt.

I do know there was a Target coupon a few weeks ago that Publix was not accepting, so the policy varies from coupon to coupon.  I dug my Target ads out of the recycling bin anyway just in case.

$1/2 Easter chocolate candy bags 9 oz. or larger - front of ad
$5/$25 Apparel and/or accessories purchase - page 18, use at Target
$10/$50 Food and/or beverage purchase - page 39, next to last page of ad

Wonka Candy, Minute Maid,' Thomas and Kellogg's Cereal Coupons

$1/1 Wonka Randoms Stand -up bag 10 oz.
$1/2 Nestle or Wonka Fun Size bags 10-12.5 oz.

I also found a few other good coupons you may also want to print:
$1/4 Minute Maid fruit drink or lemonade 59 oz. carton
$3/3 Kellogg's Cereals - Rice Krispies, Smacks, and Froot Loops are BOGO through 4/19
$.50/1 any Thomas' product - English Muffins BOGO through 4/19

To quickly have all coupons listed above pre-clipped and listed first, click HERE.  Simply un-clip any you don't need.  Each coupon can usually be printed twice per computer.

TOP TEN Publix Deals 4/10 - 4/19

The new Publix ad starts Thursday 4/10 and runs through Saturday 4/19.  You can easily save 50% just by buying BOGO's alone!  Simply stocking up on a few deals each week will slowly build your stockpile.  The TOP TEN deals are listed below;  to see the full ad visit the Publix website.

Focusing on getting EVERY deal EVERY week can be exhausting and you might burn out and possibly quit couponing.  Try picking up just a few deals each week that your family will actually use before it expires.  If you are new to couponing, check out my Couponing 101 article.
Note:  Publix is closed on Easter Sunday.

Coppertone Sunscreen HIGH VALUE Coupon $3 off Two + Hot Air Balloons

Print this HIGH VALUE coupon for $3 off two Coppertone Sunscreen products (2 oz. or larger).  Living in Florida, we can never have enough sunscreen!  With the beaches, outdoor activities and sports, and just plain working around the yard, chances of getting a sunburn are great.  We spent most of last weekend outdoors at Sun n Fun and ended up a little pink, so it's time for stocking up on sunscreen so there is no excuse not to take it along and use it.

$3/2 Coppertone Sunscreen products (2 oz. or larger) MQ - printable

If you are shopping today or tomorrow, there is a coupon for $2/1 Coppertone Sport, Continuous Spray or General Protection Product 3-12 oz. in the purple flyer.  This coupon expires Friday 4/11.  Most printable coupons can be printed twice per computer.  Publix coupons can be "stacked" with a manufacturer coupon for awesome savings.

I put together this collage to share some of the fantastic hot air balloons that lifted off Saturday morning.  It was quite the sight and I look forward to seeing this every year!

Egg Coupon on Facebook $.55 off Two Dozen Eggs

Head over to the Incredible Edible Egg Facebook page and grab a coupon for $.55/2 Dozen Eggs!

You must "like" the page and then you will be taken to another page to print your coupon.  I was able to get two prints.

If you will use this coupon, be sure to print it right away.  Supplies are limited and they will probably go fast.  Easter is right around the corner, so we'll need to stock up for egg-coloring!

Get a Bundle of Savings, Do a Bundle of Good Coupon Booklet

There's a NEW Kimberly Clark coupon booklet to watch for at Publix called Get A Bundle of Savings, Do a Bundle of Good.  I got lucky today and arrived as the rep was setting up the stand-up display.  He placed it next to the customer service desk.  I'm sure they will be gone before the day is over, so my timing was great!

This booklet contains 16 Publix store coupons for Huggies, Cottonelle, Dr. Smith's, Scott Paper Towels, Kotex, Depend, Kleenex, Poise, and Viva Paper Towels.  Remember, these coupons can be used with a manufacturer coupon and a sale to save BIG TIME!  Coupons are valid through May 7, 2014.

At checkout, be sure to donate to the March of Dimes.  Every little bit helps the babies.

Publix Shopping Trip Spent $27 for $73 worth of groceries

I made a quick trip to Publix this afternoon to pick up milk and sub fixin's.  I spent $27 for $73 worth of groceries, for a savings of 63%.

Going to Subway easily costs $20-25 for a family of four.  Tonight I am feeding at least five teenagers and two adults, so we're doing Subway at home!  Simply pick up fresh bread, meat, and cheese at Publix.  If you've been couponing for any length of time, you probably have some pepper rings, pickles, and olives to slice up for the toppings.  Do all your prep work ahead of time and simply pull the items out of the refrigerator when it's time to eat!

I used a $10/$50 Publix coupon from last Sunday's paper, so that is extra savings above what is detailed below.  So for the price of one trip to Subway, we are stocked up on bottled water, milk, and cereal, plus we all had subs for dinner!

Sweetbay is Becoming Winn Dixie - Check Your Email for a $5 E-coupon

Check your email for a link to a $5/$30 e-coupon to load onto your Winn Dixie rewards card.  I found mine in the spam folder, so I wanted to give everyone a heads up to look for this.  My coupon expires 5/14, so there's plenty of time to use it.

The title of the email is "Sweetbay is becoming Winn Dixie."  Less competition usually means higher prices, but I sure hope that isn't the case here.  I shop Winn Dixie occasionally, but usually run into problems with coupons at the register.  But since getting the best deals I can on groceries is very important, I will shop there if there's a really great sale.  But Publix is always the easiest place to use coupons and get the great deals the majority of the time!
